The Tawd Vale Scout Active Support Unit exists to support the smooth running of the Centre. Volunteers get involved on a flexible basis to align with the time they have available, the skills and experience they have to offer and the sort of activities they’d like to do with their spare time.
As a member of our Support Team you might:
- Support the administration of the Centre from home, or on site
- Support Centre Operations by getting involved in, for example, Estate Management, Building Management or Event Organising
- Support young people to learn new Skills for Life by organising, running and instructing activities – from the most basic to the most adventurous
- Support weekend visitors to the Centre by being a Duty Warden
